Win a Rim Job with THQ and Saints Row The Third

In one of the more interesting cross-promotions we've seen recently, THQ has announced that one lucky gamer can "win a Rim Job", thanks to Saints Row.

They're talking about giving your vehicle a makeover, of course. RIM JOBS is the one-stop car customisation chop shop featured in Saints Row: The Third. But you knew that, right?

In-game, you'll be able to completely customise your ride, kitting it out with a selection of thousands of custom wheels, an assortment of bodywork options and of course performance and paint tweaks. It's the perfect way to get your car ready for the big race (or to disguise it so you won't get picked up by the cops).

In person, we're expecting the experience to be somewhat similar. The winner will be chosen at random, and then invited to watch his or her car getting remodelled and made pretty. Where better to pimp one's ride than directly opposite E3, anyway?

To enter, simply head to the game's website and enter the Win A RIM JOB sweepstakes - the competition ends on May 24th at 11:59pm PT.

While you don't have to buy, say or do anything in order to participate in the sweepstakes, there are a few requirements. Obviously, to enter you will have to be 21 years of age or older, and a resident of the contiguous United States and District of Columbia (but not a resident of Alaska, Hawaii, Florida, New York, Rhode Island or any other jurisdiction where sweepstakes are legally prohibited). You'll also need to hold valid title to a car, which has to meet some criteria of its own, as outlined in the official rules.
