Amazon lists Rayman: Origins for a November 15 release in the US

Although Ubisoft hasn't provided an official release date for Rayman: Origins, it hasn't stopped Amazon from putting up a placeholder date of November 15 for North America.

The date is listed on pre-order pages the PS3, Wii, and Xbox 360 versions, which were spotted by Eurogamer, which coincides with Ubisoft's expected holiday release time frame.

Still, we'll send a mail on this.

Last week, details regarding Rayman Origins were pulled from an issue of Game Informer, which revealed that the title would see a physical release. It was originally announced as a downloadable title at last year's E3.

Then, earlier this week, a Gamestop listing revealed that the game would also be making its way onto Wii and DS, which would be a rather interesting move, especially since you can play DS titles on 3DS and the rumored Project Cafe from Nintendo is also supposed to be backwards compatible.

We'll let you know if Ubisoft gets back with us on this or not.
