Bungie files business trademarks in Washington and Delaware for Bungie Aerospace Corporation

Bungie has filed a trademark and logo for Bungie Aerospace Corporation with the Washington Secretary of State website as well as with the state of Delaware.

According to the filings unearthed by HBO.org, the Washington application was dated April 27, and the filing with Delaware is dated April 20.

Looking over the Washington filing, Bungie president Harold Ryan and head of corporate development Ondraus Jenkins are"governing persons" of the business listed in the application, with Ryan listed as the director of Bungie Aerospace Corporation, and Jenkins listed as president.

The secretary is listed as Allan Parsons, which has Joystiq thinking it is possibly an alternative name for executive producer Pete Parsons or someone new with that actual name.

Meanwhile, MTV has a theory that these filings could have something to do with a new game engine for the firm instead of a possible new name for the upcoming Activision published titled from the studio.

Or it could just be something else entirely. We'll send a mail, but Bungie is never one to give out anything until is is ready, so we are currently preparing ourselves to feel dejected over the upcoming rejection.

The "coming soon" wesbite for Bungie Aerospace popped up on the net over a year ago, and not much has been heard about it since until today.

Bungie has also been on a trademark and domain registration frenzy this year, as back in January, filings for the names Osiris, “New Monarchy, Seven Seraphs and Dead Orbit hit online news outlets.
