Paradox releases a new trailer for Mount & Blade: With Fire and Sword
Paradox Interactive today released a new trailer for the Mount & Blade expansion, With Fire and Sword.
The game allows you to become a mercenary or join one of five battling factions in an open sandbox world and is based off the cult novel “With Fire and Sword” written in 1884 by Nobel- prize winner Henryk Sienkiewicz.
With Fire and Sword also introduces firearms and battle formations based off real-world military strategies allowing you to use muskets and pistols. In addition to the enhanced single player mode,it includes new multiplayer content via the game mode "Captain", where up to 16 players can command a squad of solders.
Other features include multiple endings, an enhanced siege mechanic, as well as the following seven new multiplayer maps: Nomad Camp, Moscow Kremlin, Moscow Fortress, Novgorod Fortress, Swedish Castle, Teutonic Castle, and Field by the River.
Mount & Blade: With Fire and Sword is now available to pre-order at several digital download portals for $14.99 and will release at all digital platforms on May 3. The boxed release will follow shortly thereafter.
