  • Johnny got a first proper look at Skyrim at the event, and it’s sounding like a real game of the year contender. There’s a full feature and new screens here.
  • There was a big news drop on RAGE. It was confirmed the id shooter’s to get an Anarchy Edition and a second iOS title, and multiplayer was shown for the first time. Catch up here.
  • We got a ton of in-game Brink footage from the showcase, and spliced it together with an interview with Splash Damage boss Paul Wedgwood to make this.
  • Prey 2 was shown to press for the first time at the event. Get some screens here and a DLC story here.

We’ve got a full feature on the RAGE showing going up later today, and watch for more on Brink and Prey 2 later in the week.

When was Skyrim ever in anyway possible not going to be GoTY. Even if it is Shitty there’s so many fans it probably still will be.
I mean really all the games here look like they have the potential to be GoTYs.

@1 – Skyrim will be great, but I very much doubt it’ll be considered GoTY.

My prediction for 2011 is Battlefield 3 will be most popular game in terms of sales, meanwhile La Noire will receive the best reviews and probably the most awards.
