A statement concerning the game and publishing deal was released by Graffiti’s Kenneth Hurley.

Fractured Soul features five worlds, with each of the DS’s two screens showing a slightly different version of each environment and allowing the player to jump between the two at will. A handful of screens are available via Pocket Gamer.
Elsewhere, Endgame looks to have received its 3DS developer stripes with a brief announcement on the studios’ official Twitter feed reading:
“Huzzah! Endgame is now officially a 3DS developer!”
No word yet on Endgame’s first 3DS project nor on a European release of Fractured Soul.
