Next Sonic game trailered, 360 and PS3 release this year

Sega's posted the first video of the next Sonic game in its Facebook page. The trailer shows an old Sonic racing against a new Sonic, and confirms the game will ship this year as part of the mascot's 20th birthday celebrations.
