Mortal Kombat Legacy live action web series offers brief teaser video
A very brief but action packed teaser trailer has been released for the upcoming Mortal Kombat Legacy live action TV series.
The video, shown below, shows off a snippet of a fight between Jax, played by Michael Jai White and Kano, played by Darren Shahlavi.
The web series, based of course on the long running fighting game series, will launch its first episode on the Machinima.com section of YouTube on April 12. The series is directed by Kevin Tancharoen and will also star Jeri Ryan as Sonya Blade.
The live action web series also serves as a promotion for the upcoming revamp of the Mortal Kombat game series by developer NetherRealm Studios which will be released April 19 for the Xbox 360 and PS3 consoles.

Feels really big-budget. Definitely very good looking for a web series. Hopefully the rest is as good and also is filled with blood and gore.
