Homefront update goes live on 360, fixes freezing
Kaos has released a title update for Homefront on 360, confirming it has now fixed profile freezing issues.

The developer has also said it’s to follow up on “further improvements which should be following hot on the heels of this update.” Details on that will come today.
It added it still remains committed to the game on the technical side, and further promised that it was working on the “development of a wide range of exciting DLC that we’re not quite ready to talk about just yet.”
More details here.

A lot of people on my friends list have already traded it in for Crysis 2. Devs need to stop pushing out broken games to meet deadlines.

@1, The publishers push for earlier releases, not the developers. Can’t really blame the publishers though, they need to make money but a real quality game takes years to build. Kaos may have been better off making their own engine rather than upgrading the hell out of the UE3 engine.
What I find ironic is that THQ are officially against trading games, but they still get the money from those guys who buy any game then trade it in for the next big hit, keeps the industry flowing I guess.
