Call of Juarez The Cartel devs insists: “The wild west lives on”
Call of Juarez is back, but not as we know it – it’s transformed from a Wild West action shooter into a modern-day outlaw cop drama based around the Mexican cartel. New LA Noire video shows off “The Naked City”
Rockstar’s released a brand new video of LA Noire and a case that’s playable in the game if you pre-order it at GAME, known as The Naked City. The case revolves around a supposed suicide of a fashion model. But all is not it seems.
Watch the video after the break. LA Noire launches on May 17 in the US and May 20 for PS3 and 360 in the UK.

Sony contradicts itself, says 41.6 million PS3s sold worldwide
Sony said at GDC this week that PlayStation 3 has sold 41.6 million units worldwide since its release in 2006, contradicting the latest number given in its official financial reports, which stands at 47.9 million.

Prototype 2 gets extended VGAs trailer from GDC
Activision’s released an extended debut trailer of Prototype 2 that aired during the Spike VGAs back in December. It includes the same trailer, but now has comments from developer Radical Entertainment at the end. Get it after the break, via GT. Game’s out on PS3, 360 and PC in 2012.

Rocksteady: Arkham City takes place 18 months after Arkham Asylum
Rocksteady’s confirmed a couple of new details for Batman: Arkham City, announcing the game takes place 18 months after Arkham Asylum. As well as that, it’s also confirmed that whatever gear that was collected from the first game will not be lost when you begin Arkham City.
