BioWare holding UK Old Republic community hands-on next week

BioWare's announced it'll hold a UK hands-on community event for Star Wars: The Old Republic.

The event, which is invite only on a first come, first served basis, will take place at HMV gamerbase at the Trocadero in London on Tuesday, and will have two play sessions.

You'll be able to play as either the Empire or Republic on the Origin worlds as any class you like.

If you're looking to go, though, it's a bit too late. Senior community manager Stephen Reid tweeted this last night:

"And we're all spoken for, provisionally. We'll double check our numbers and start sending invites tomorrow."

Star Wars: The Old Republic is set to release later this year.
