The First Templar dated and trailered

Kalypso has released a trailer to celebrate The First Templar's confirmed second quarter release.

Big Download reports the co-op heavy historical action title is due on May 10, on PC and Xbox 360.

The game sports both single and multiplayer gameplay, with an AI controlled partner for those who go it alone.

It's been developed by Haemimont Games, whom you may remember from such historical and strategy-focused titles as the Tropico, Imperium Romanum and Tzar series.

Check out the trailer below, thanks to Evil Avatar.

Templar fans should not confuse this one with the Atlus-published Cursed Crusade, which is due on consoles in summer.
