PS3 Firmware 3.60 now live, includes Online Storage

Thursday, 10th March 2011 10:05 GMT By Johnny Cullen

Sony’s released Firmware 3.60 for PS3, with the biggest main feature being the addition of the Online Storage cloud-save service if you’re a PS Plus sub. Other features include the ability to choose at what intervals you’d like your PS3 to turn off your controller.

It’ll be pushed to you the next time you choose either system update or try to sign into PSN.

I’m curious… does this let you back up your PS1 / PS2 saved data as well?

If it does, I’m definitely signing up.
