Braben: Not doing Elite IV “would be a tragedy”

By Johnny Cullen, Thursday, 3 March 2011 07:48 GMT

Frontier boss David Braben has said at a GDC panel that plans for an Elite IV are still in the pipeline.

When asked at a post-mortem on the original Elite if Elite IV was still a “thing”, all Braben would say on it was that “Yes. It would be a tragedy for it not to be.”

News on Elite IV has been on and off since 2009, with the most recent report from last year saying the game was on hold.
