Quake 4 now legally available to download in US and Canada

Bethesda's made id shooter Quake 4 available via legal downloadable means, a mere five years after it first released.

The game was released back in 2005 for PC and as an Xbox 360 launch title.

The shooter's been made available on Stardock's Impulse storefront. It's only there for those in the US and Canada, though.

Bethesda, who now owns id, is publishing the game, previously released by Activision, on the service.
