No, Randy Pitchford did not confirm Borderlands 2 is in development
Various sites have either misunderstood or incorrectly read a quote taken from an interview we conducted with Gearbox president Randy Pitchford during a Duke Nukem Forever event in Las Vegas this week.
Contrary to what is being reported, Randy Pitchford did not confirm that Borderlands 2 was currently in the works at Gearbox.

Lugaru clone pulled from App Store, free upgrades to HD version offered
Independent developer Wolfire’s nightmare has found some resolution, as the illegal copy of Lugaru undercutting the official release’s sales has mysteriously vanished from the App Store.
Although Wolfire are within their rights, the team are sympathetic to those who feel cheated by the withdrawal of the pretender, and are offering a free copy of the full game.

Ubisoft Toronto working on a second game, says Raymond [Updated]
