Bulletstorm reviews round-up: crass, fun, over-the-top

Well is getting good reviews the ones i look the most Eurogamer – 9 and VideoGamer – 9, therefore for me is a first day buy.

Loved the demo but it’s behind kz3 in the queue.

Got this and KZ3 headed my way. Good times.

Didn’t really like the demo.

But then again I don’t like shooters, so I guess that stands to reason

5 hour campaign according to IGN. Yawn. Just like Vanquish indeed then.

@13. Couldnt agree more. My cuzin brought over his copy last night (had it early) and i played passed the first 3 missions and fell asleep from boredom.
I was really into it at first, thought it was a blast, but that quickly changed.

being honest i just thin this game tries too hard, and yet not hard enough, whenever i want to play a take the piss shooter without it being serious i’ll play Armed and Dangerous

i wonder if i should buy the game, because ign said that the game is short and i don’t like pay for short game, just like star wars the force unleashed 2.

It’s GFWL on the PC though, which should take about 2 points off the review scores.

Well, I was going to buy both Killzone 3 and Bulletstorm day 1. But after Cliff Brzezinski’s shit talk about Killzone 3 I’ve canceled Bulletstorm pre-order: I don’t support arrogant bastards. This is unfair towards guys at People Can Fly though, so I’m still getting Bulletstorm when it’s cheap.

Better metacritic rating then shitty kz3

I beat the game of this weekend (3 day holiday). I loved it. There is no way someone beat it in 5 hours unless they just completely missed the point of game and ran through it.

For me this game was a breath of fresh air. I’m sooooo tired of realistic military shooters I don’t think I can ever play another one. This game seriously had me laughing at things they were saying and was having a blast dismembering and trying to shoot people in the balls then bolo’ing them with an explosive neck-tie.

Games for Windows Live? I’ll pass

Who cares how long it is when it’s an arcade experience? Vanquish was amazing, and wasn’t 4 h like some idiots said. It was around 7h of normal playtime with cut-scenes and even more if you count all the dying. And then, it was awesome to just play it all over again, cause that’s the way it was made.

Look at GTA games – they prolong those with retarded fetch-quests, that’s what you want?
