Capcom Store apologises for Marvel vs Capcom 3 delays

The Capcom Store has apologised for a delay which affected a number of Marvel vs Capcom 3 shipments, and promised compensation.

In a post on Capcom-Unity, a representative of the Capcom Store said 17 percent of orders made through the online portal had suffered delays.

Although no hard numbers were tossed around, the rep advised that "on a game launch of this size, that is not insignificant."

The contrite retailer didn't explain the delay, saying only that is was beyond its control, but did comment that the team is working on "fantastic ideas" for "worthwhile" compensatory items.
