Get a sneak peek at the Third District in APB: Reloaded, and updated on changes

APB: Reloaded designer Zak Littwinhas posted a sneak peek of the game's Third District on the game's official blog, as well as chatting about things which should have been included in the game at release.
According to the blog post, the Third District is also called the Asylum, and there's plenty of screens of it through the link.
Littwinhas also chats about changes coming to Missions and Witnessing, as well as some of the upgrades.
