Iwata promises to avoid Wii-style “gap in software” with 3DS
Speaking to the Nihon Keizai Shimbun, Nintendo boss Satoru Iwata has lamented Wii’s loss of “momentum” due to patchy software releases, and has promised to avoid a repeat of the situation with 3DS.

Interplay has described as “absurd” a claim by Bethesda that it licensed only “one single asset” related to Fallout to the company, the latest shot in a legal war over whether or not Interplay has rights to publish a Fallout MMO.

Pachter: 360 outsold PS3 over 2-1 in the US last month
Wedbush Morgan analyst Michael Pachter has issued hardware sales estimates for America in December, claiming 360 outsold PS3 by more than two-to-one.
