Monster Hunter knocked from top spot on Japanese software charts
The almighty Monster Hunter Freedom 3 has toppled before a challenger at last, according to Media Create’s software charts for January 10 – 16.
Demon’s Souls developer From Software has taken top spot with the first handheld outing of mecha action series Another Century’s Episode.

Yarnton: No official 3DS bundles planned for launch, price won’t stop “biggest” hardware launch ever

Sony adds mid-January updates to European PlayStation Plus
Sony has updated information pertaining to PlayStation Plus member in Europe, and it is reminding members that come Friday, folks will be able to download Mass Effect 2 from the PlayStation Store, but also get a one-hour game trial of it.
