StarCraft AI competition winner describes how his team bested pro-StarCraft player Oriol Vinyals

Haomiao Huang, a student at the University of California Berkeley, has posted over on Ars Technica an explanation of how he and other students won the 2010 StarCraft AI Competition by besting pro-StarCraft player Oriol Vinyals who was “previously ranked best in Spain and ranked among the top 16 players in Europe.”

Killzone 3 multiplayer footage shows MP03 Bilgarsk Boulevard

Following the announcement of Killzone 3′s multiplayer beta date yesterday, Sony’s shot up a new video of the game being played online. This is footage from the Guerrilla title’s third map, Bilgarsk Boulevard.

The Killzone 3 open beta begins on February 2 in the US and February 3 in Europe, with the full game releasing on February 23 in Europe and February 25 in the UK. Get the movie after the break.
