The New Super got their hands on some promotional materials for Samurai Warriors: Chronicles, hinting at the portable battler's Street Pass features, online co-op, and character-switching mechanic.

A short fact sheet clarifies the game's four-character switching, permitting players to position their party members at various points around the battlefield and take control of each in turn, lending some tactical elements.

Online co-op takes some of the stress of your team, with a friend able to join the battle, although it's not clear whether each player has a team of four at their disposal. Co-op battles with be of higher difficulty but feature better loot.

A second flyer confirms post-launch DLC of new stages, and PvP multiplayer through Street Pass with new weapons up for grabs.

Thanks, GoNintendo.
