Final Fantasy XIII-2 - the first English trailer in HD

You've probably seen it all over the internet by now. But have you heard it in English and seen it in HD? No, you haven't.

Square Enix Europe has released the first trailer of Final Fantasy XIII-2, first announced on Tuesday at a press conference by the publisher in Japan.

Watch the HD trailer on VG247 before any other UK games site below right now.

It'll release this year in Japan and "next winter" for PS3 and 360 in Europe and the US.

The trailer shows off main character of FFXIII Lightning in a new suit of armor as well as her new main weapon before facing off against an unknown male character.

This is probably going to be Lightning's enemy in the game.
