Mature 3DS box-art to feature black banners

Nintendo’s announced a new way to distinguish the difference between family-friendly 3DS titles and those not-so-friendly in Japan: it’s putting a black banner on the adult box.
The black banners, which are also on Wii boxes in Japan, will show the difference between a mature title and those aimed at a younger audience.
This may also help buyers if they miss an age rating.
The first game to feature the black banner is Splinter Cell 3DS, which will release in March.
3DS launches in Japan on February 26.
Thanks, Siliconera.

I guess that is better then putting it in black bags behind the register. I can just see some 14 year old in a trench coat, sunglasses, walking up to the register counter, looking from side to side and with his deepest, squeakiest, voice say, ” Hey, you got that knew Splinter Cell 3DS game back there?” And the Counter clerk having to shift through, Hustler, Penthouse, and Swank, and Say “Oh yeah here it is.” ROFL x}

Having seen the shots of Splinter Cell last week I think they should also come up with a colour for “looks bloody awful”.
