Nine more Black & White Pokemon detailed

20110114ninenew_in

Pokémon Black & White means new adventures, new challenges – and most of all new Pokémon for some snotty kid to beat the stuffing out of you with. There’s only one defence: swotting up on these game changers ahead of launch day.

Here’s nine to get you started. There will be a test.

IGN has all the details of the latest bunch of new additions, including type, abilities, and mildly disturbing character design.

Our favourites are the subculture-specific Gothitelle and the fierce but diminutive Patrat, hurh hurh.

The full list is as follows: Cofagrigus (ghost); Drillbur (ground); Axew (dragon); Woobat (psychic/flying); Patrat (normal); Gothitelle (psychic); Reuniclus (psychic); Braviary (normal/flying); and Musharna (psychic).

Nintendo recently confirmed a March 4 European release for Black & White, which hits the US on March 6.

Thanks, GoNintendo.

I can’t wait till the day pokemon starts naming their games after food. Like pokemon ketchup and mustard with the hot sauce special edition. Or pokemon seasoned salt and garlic pepper.
