BioWare offers Free preview of Mass Effect: Evolution comic

BioWare is offering a sneak-peek at its upcoming Mass Effect comic, detailing the adventures of the Illusive Man.

Seven pages, including two cover splashes, can be found on the BioWare Blog.

Mass Effect: Evolution is penned by Mac Walters and John Jackson Miller, with pencils by Omar Francia. The first issue of four releases on January 19 and is available for pre-order through publisher Dark Horse.

Evolution is the Mass Effect universe’s fourth comic book outing. Four-parter Redemption filled in the blanks for Liara T’soni fans prior to Mass Effect 2′s Lair of the Shadow Broker DLC, while two free mini-comics distributed through IGN and USA Today – Incursion and Inquisition, respectively – directly supported the second entry’s plot.
