Batman: Arkham City VGAs trailer will see new villain revealed

ARKHAMCITY

Geoff Keighley's confirmed the new trailer for Batman: Akrham City at tonight's VGAs will see a new baddie for the game being announced for the first time.

Keighley drops the bomb about the new villain when talking about the speculation to last year's trailer in a video found below.

"But one thing I can reveal exclusively here is that you will get to see a villain in the Batman: Arkham City world for the first time anywhere," he said in the video which teases the trailer for the Rocksteady sequel, which was teased for the first time at last year's event.

"This isn't a villain you haven't seen screenshots of online, you haven't seen any footage of. But you're going to see him and meet him for the first time in the trailer at the VGAs."

Keighley also confirmed the full trailer will last two minutes long, a fair bit longer then the 30 second-long teaser that appeared earlier this week.

So far, the only villains revealed so far for Arkham City has been Joker, Harley Quinn and Two-Face, with rumours of Talia al Ghul and Mr. Freeze appearing as well.

We'll find out tonight when it all kicks off at 1am GMT.

Arkham City releases next fall for PS3, 360 and PC.
