Google’s launched a brand new Chrome App Store, which features a gaming section.

The first big companies to support the store include EA, Popcap and Zynga, with Plants vs Zombies, Madden NFL Superstars, Tiger Woods PGA Tour Online and Farmville.

There’s also a 2D version of Mirror’s Edge in there as well. Go for it.

Is the 2D version of Mirror’s Edge called Mirror’s Edge? Cus I’m comin up empty.

If you don’t use Chrome btw, consider giving it a shot, it is by far the fastest moving browser in terms of development, it’s lightning fast, and every time someone beats it in the benchmarks, they come roaring out of the blocks with a new faster release.

Has extensions if you really want them, but unlike Firefox, Chrome has a healthy set of features on-board already, and I run a pretty nude Chrome setup.

Just beware that Chrome can stutter if your computer is shite, Chrome works such that every tab is its own process (so if one crashes, the rest are all ok), on older machines with <1GB of RAM, you mihgt find that Chrome eats a lot of that.

    Seriously solid browser.

@1 Thanks, that’s probz why the computers at college suck when using chrome. I might give it a go for my own computer when I reformat :)
