Sony's confirmed that LittleBigPlanet 2 won't support 3D tech when it releases next month.

"Sorry, no 3D this time around," read a comment from SCEA's Mark Valledor.

Sony announced at E3, according to EG, that the Media Molecule platformer was confirmed for the tech.

That, however, ain't happening now. It's all 2D now for Sackboy.

LBP2 releases on January 18 in the US. No EU date yet.
