G4 becomes exclusive E3 broadcaster in multi-year deal

g4

G4′s announced it’s become the the exclusive broadcaster of E3 in a multi-year deal that lasts until 2013.

Over 24 hours of total coverage is planned for next year’s event from the station, as well as events on its website. G4 says it will provide “the most extensive E3 Expo coverage” for 2011.

“As we have demonstrated in the last five years, G4 is the only outlet that provides comprehensive coverage of an outstanding quality that both entertains and informs for the entire three-day show,” said X-Play host and G4′s EiC of gaming, Adam Sessler.

“With such reach, we can ensure that anyone who is unable to attend will feel like they are in the thick of the gaming madness from the comfort of their couch and with far less foot ache.”

Go Team Sessler and G4, etc.

Thanks, D’Toid.

I wanna go to E3 just for the fun and experience. Any luck/news that E3 will be open to public at all?

This is crap, G4 only shows mainstream titles I want to here about all the titles not just the CODS, God Of Wars, Assassins Creeds, Mass Effects and so on! I like the smaller titles like White Knight Chronicles, Disgaea, Time Splitters and last years Ni no Kuni: Shiroki that game looks amazing but got almost zero coverage!

yeah an outstanding coverage of the same few games .
E3 comittee is shotting itself in the foot .

The last time they tried making it something less accessible , it almost died .
