Because everyone needs more mega-hardcore turn-based strategy in their handheld lives.

Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle is to release in both the US and Europe next March.

Both regions will get the title on PSN as a download. A UMD will ship in America, but not in Europe.

The free-roaming TRPG was first released in 2004 for PS2.

protagonist Marona can summon ghosts and monsters as battle units after “confining” souls into objects on the battlefield like rocks, plants, and other stuff.

You should get it. It’ll drive you mental.

I really liked the original. I think I was one of about a dozen people who bought it. :-|

One day I’m going to actually pick up some PSP games! One day!

I think I prefer Phantom Brave over Disagaea… tough choice considering both were excellent PS2 RPGs, very tempted to purchase this when it is out.

Its a remake not a sequel? Damn! I already have it for PS2 and Wii. Its a shame since I think that Phantom Brave is the far superior game to Disgaea and I wish they were working on a sequel to it instead of another Disgaea . . .
