First Need for Speed Shift 2: Unleashed shots get out
A day after been officially announced, EA’s released the first shots of Need for Speed Shift 2: Unleashed.
Get them over at PCGames.
The game was announced yesterday for a spring 2011 release on PS3, 360 and PC.
It’ll feature a new engine for the Slightly Mad Studios racer sequel, plus an innovative helmet camera view and the next-gen version of Autolog, introduced in Need for Speed: Hot Pursuit.

Am I the only one who thinks it is a strange move to steal your own games thunder (NFS:HP) by announcing the next game and releasing media the day before it comes out?
Surely they should wait a few weeks at least and then capitalise on the love for NFS:HP.
But that’s probably why I am a code monkey and not a marketeer.
