Rumor: EA lay-offs coming in November, $300M spent on SWTOR

An anonymous developer calling himself EA Louse and claiming to be part of the Warhammer Online team at Mythic has said on his blog that EA’s not only planning another round of lay-offs next month, but that the company has already spent around $300 million creating The Old Republic MMO.

Euro PSN update, Oct. 13 – Split/Second, WRC, Moto GP 10 DLC, Ghost of Sparta demo

Sony updated the European end of PSN this morning, and fans of the racing genre were given some love this week by way of DLC for WRC, Split/Second, and Moto GP.

US PSN update, Oct. 12 – Dead Space: Ignition, Arc the Lad, Dead Rising 2

Sony updated the US end of PSN last night, and while you already know about Sonic 4: Episode 1 being added to the store along with Dead Space: Ignition, you can also get your grubby paws on some Arc the Lad, Dead Rising 2 and Red Dead Redemption DLC, some Reverend Horton Heat for Rock Band, and some really nice permanent price drops.
