Rumor: Capcom teases Mike Haggar for MVC3: Fate of Two Worlds

Usually, a definite picture of something can be constituted as proof, but in this case, we're unsure, because it's Capcom after all and it likes to tease a bit sometimes.
Yesterday, Capcom posted pictures of its office Halloween Party, and ever so slyly, one of the pictures shows Mike Haggar himself on a monitor screen hanging out in Servbot's MvC3 stage.
There's even another monitor close by with Haggar's elbow showing.
The latest characters to be announced in the second round of reveals for the game were: Sir Arthur, Nathan “Rad” Spencer, Magneto and M.O.D.O.K. - bringing the total to 27 (so far) if Haggar is included.
