Kinect to launch in US with 17 games, 19 titles planned for EU launch

Microsoft's confirmed that Kinect's "launch portfolio" consists of 17 titles in the US and 19 in Europe.

Nelson dropped the US line-up on his blog.

The US motion-sensing system will launch with Kinect Adventures, Kinectimals, Game Party: In Motion, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 The Videogame, Your Shape: Fitness Evolved, Dance Central, The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout, DanceMasters, EA Sports Active 2, Zumba Fitness, Kinect Sports, MotionSports, Deca Sports Freedom, Kinect Joy Ride, Adrenalin Misfits, Fighters Uncaged and Sonic Free Riders.

The European line-up includes: Kinect Adventures, Kinectimals, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, Part 1 The Videogame, Game Party: In Motion, Dance Central, Your Shape: Fitness Evolved, The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout, EA Sports Active 2, Zumba Fitness, Get Fit with Mel B, DanceEvolution, Dance Paradise, Kinect Sports, MotionSports, Sports Island Freedom, Kinect Joy Ride, Fighters Uncaged, Sonic Free Riders and Crossboard 7.

Be warned: "launch portfolio" doesn't mean "day one". Expect clarification on this soon.

Xbox 360 itself launched with 18 games.

Kinect launches on November 4 in the US and November 10 in Europe.
