Bethesda announces 360-exclusive New Vegas DLC

Finished fallout 3 (PS3) didn’t come across any bugs. It was a good game but, like spider said not god-like. I’ll probably pick up GOTY version if I can be botherd in a years time.

IMO what is the point in supporting PS3 and then doing stuff like this when they know ps3 owners will be pi**ed.

Just make it exclusive then!!

GOTY editions are not all GOTY award winners. Like AHA said, could win for sound. Could win GOTY for something stupid like best robotic/unrealistic animation on some random awards site nobody has ever heard of and it will then get a GOTY edition.

Yes its been preloaded. I did it because I had the money to do so and I wanted the preorder stuff. I enjoyed Fallout series, maybe not the 3rd as much as the previous ones but this is being made by the same team that did the first two so I bought it.

I prepaid on Steam for it, just because I want the best graphics for a single player game I can get. Personally I dont’ care about DLC because by the time I’m done with the first play through, there will be something else I want to play. After I beat FO3, I never had a desire to go back through and play again. In fact, there are only 2 single player games I beat multiple times. (Infamous & uncharted). I’m one and done

i just checked how much the collectors edition of fallout 3 was, to compare it to new vegas’s. (console)

New Vegas £69.99
Fallout 3 £49.99

Fallout 3 has the better collectors edition and was £20 cheaper, for shame.

not only that but:

US new vegas CE: $20 increase

UK new vegas CE: £30 increase

@51 I want your copy of fallout then mate. Play the GOTY on ps3 still & it freezes maybe once every hour or two. Love the whole fallout universe, but will wait for the GOTY/ultimate edition of New Vegas.

The only real bug I recall in FO3 PC was that sometimes when a body exploded the bits and pieces would hang there scattered in the air.

Also, think it was FO3 where if you killed some guys in an area, left and came back it’d be like they just died, like the body would re-drop and you’d hear the splat effects. That was pretty lazy.

Tomorrow but Bathesda didn’t send the review builds out until today at least that’s what Gametrailers, IGN and Gamespot said. IGN said it will be later this week.

when microsoft gets an exclusive it comes out cheaper for ps3 later. anyone excited for some bethesda trash is a moron anyhow, considering you need the pc version and an army of modders to fix there broken games.

@65 Only a kid can get this excited over timed exclusive o_O I’m glad this was announced before release, made the decision to wait for a GOTY a lot easier. Plus the Obsidian have said that once you complete the main quest its game over, just like in Fallout 3. I’m willing to bet they’ll be some more dlc later that expands the storyline, like Brotherhood of Steel did.
