Nintendo's just confirmed a December 3 EU launch for Super Mario Collection for Wii.

The collection, to celebrate 25 years of Mario, will consist of Super Mario Bros, Super Mario Bros. 2, Super Mario Bros. 3 and Super Mario Bros: The Lost Levels, as well as "a bunch of extra collectables."

The first SMB launched in 1985 on the NES.

The collection was previously thought to be a Japanese-only release. It'll launch there on October 21.

Nintendo announced this morning a special Mario-branded Wii that will release on November 11 in Japan.
