Coming soon to PlayStation Plus: AC Brotherhood beta, Lara Croft demo

Sony has provided US subscribers of PlayStation Plus a list of what’s coming to the service, and it looks as though folks with automatic downloads enabled will get a demo of Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light added to their console.

That’s not all though, hit the break for more.

As if a demo of Lara Croft’s new adventure wasn’t enough to whet your appetite, Plus members will also be offered PSOne’s Tomb Raider at a 50 percent off.

In early October, betas for Assassin’s Creed: Brotherhood and Red Faction Battlegrounds are on the docket, with select Plus members getting in on the deal.

A demo for Alien Breed: Impact will also be added to the auto-download queue, and should you decide to purchase the full game, you will get 25 percent off.

If you’re still not a Plus member, Sony’s still offering an introductory rate with three additional bonus months free when you buy a 1-year package for $49.99.

Gotta say I agree with TEA on this PSN+ dividing the community in a negative fasion. Personally, I think it’s a ripoff. But damn I want that AC demo..

I don’t think they are going to change the way they do business until they bring PS4 out. They were successful and unsuccessful with PS3 and I think it’s definately opened their eyes. Well hopfully :S

The dualshock 3 says hi, the new friends list layout says hi also (after FW 3.0) They will listen to the people if they speak as 1 single sided voice. Thats why they didn’t include online play for charge in PSN+

Don’t ever think SONY is doing you a favor Yoshi. They owe us just as much we owe them.

The people have the power, just have to stand together.
If more people thought that way then even LIVE could become free for MP at least.

It amazes me that people still complain about something thats completely optional… It reminds me of people complaining about Home.

How can people say this is worse than what Xbox is doing when this is completely optional…?

@9 I agree 100 percent it’s very stupid to complain about the optional plus feature for psn if you don’t wanna buy it you don’t have too no one is forcing you too. I have used xbox live and psn and i actually think their even i do prefer psn cause i like the layout better then those stupid sliding panels on xbox live
