Following the release of the RUSE taster yesterday for PlayStation Plus subs on PS3, Ubisoft’s put out a PC demo of the RTS.

You’ll play a full mission as Allied Forces as you face the Nazis and some Italian units. You must lead from HQ and head into nuclear warfare, according to the Steam page. As you do.

You can get it here.

RUSE releases on September 9 in Europe for PS3, 360 and PC.

Gonna give this a whirl. REminds me of World in Conflict, which I totally love.

I’ve had some very entertaining battles online during the beta, it’s a lot of fun to use the different kinds of weapons against eachother, and see how they match up.

I just really can’t make myself buy a PC game from Ubisoft, as much as I’d like to in this case.

@3, it’s not a bad deal if you don’t already have the games it offers, most nerds do so this isn’t aimed at them but new comers or those to shy to buy anything on the store, ironically the nerds are more likely to get this despite having over half of what’s on offer, so i think they should change the direction of PS+ from content, into services, XBL adds online gaming-that’s a service, Sony needs to find something people are willing to spend money on
