Killzone 3 gets multiplayer footage
Eurogamer has posted up some new multiplayer footage from Killzone 3, showing plenty of blood, guts and jetpacks.
The video certainly looks full of action as you would expect from Guerrilla’s popular franchise.
Sony recently launched a Beta site for the multiplayer side of the game, although to-date, there is still no way to access it, and still no details of when the actual Beta will take place.
Killzone 3 is scheduled for release in February 2011.

Gameplay look sick, except the graphics engine. Oh boy that green pallete of someone puked on the screen and thats because we need to hide bloory textures.
This game is crying for the PhysX after main character stabbed Helghast with the knife. Without clothes physics it looks just OK.
I need to check it out, Killzone 2 multiplayer was very nice. + now with vehicles. Thats the only thing i liked in the second game.

@1 We didn’t post it yesterday because A) we were very busy, as you know – and B) we were completely spent after working 12 hours straight after the Sony presser was over with.
It’s there now for those who want to see it though.

I played a bit of 2 on line and enjoyed it.
Only problem now is for the last couple of months I keep getting no games found no matter what I try.
My rank any rank my region any region.
Bit of a pain really.
This looks OK as well.

Fair enough, I just assumed it was new(er) footage as Joe cited Eurogamer as the source, I thought they had posted some unique showfloor footage… But no, they just stuck up the PSBlog’s trailer.
Not that there’s a problem with that, it’s a trailer released to everyone.

Why do they insist on obscuring your vision *all the time*?
What with the excessive screen shake and stupid blood splatters on the screen you can hardly make anything out.
