blackrockshooter

Black Rock Shooter, a 2010 Japanese original video animation produced by Yutaka Yamamoto and directed by Shinobu Yoshioka is to be remade in video game form.

According to the teaser site which was launched today, the game will be a JRPG, which is given away by the words:”She becomes RPG.”

While the publisher and developer is unknown at this point, some circles think this may be the RPG Luminous Arc developer Imageepoch is working on.

However, the jrpg.jp domain is registered to to Ryu’s Office, which is Ryuta Konuma’s firm. He was the Ryu publicity producer and creative director of Valkyria Chronicle II and Persona 3 and 4.

No concrete details are know at the moment, but you can check out the site for yourself here.

Thanks, Canned Dogs.

I hope that pic is correct. It’s hard to find a decent shot of a female anime heroine without running into all sorts of hentai. Not that there’s anything wrong with that – just sayin’. :)

Who’s to say it isn’t just a cleverly cropped hentai pic?

I stopped being interested when I read “JRPG” dude…they need to do more fun and immersive gameplay…like Gears, like Uncharted…

Just love the fact that they are bringing these Bullet Hell type games to the USA..though at $50.00 they are way OVERPRICED…would be better as DLC IMO!

@6 LOL. This will be an RPG not a Shoot ‘em up.
