Namco formally announces new Tales PS3 title

Tales of PS3

Namco’s formally announced a new Tales of game for PlayStation 3.

The news, leaked at the weekend in the latest issue of V Jump, was made official earlier this morning at a press conference in Japan.

The game doesn’t have a title yet, with theĀ supposed “Tales of Unitia name debunked, nor does it have a release timeframe. However, the first art for it was released, which you see above.

Namco also announced at the event that Tales of Graces F was coming over to PS3 from Wii, while Tales of the World: Radiant Mythology 3 will be releasing on PSP.

The latter two will release at winter and next year respectively.

Thanks, Kotaku.

WIN Tales of Vesperia was great on PS3, imagine how it will be when it has been designed specifically for it!

Wasn’t the Tales team ‘on the verge of being shut down’ last week or something?

It obviously asked Jesus for tips on how to rise from the dead.

@1 Oh my God… Too much of an early dose of fanboy-ism for my taste – please grow up! Tales of V was fine on both 360 and PS3 and looked practically the same.

Now, this is great news! I loved Vesperia to bits! clocked in I think about 100 hours over the course of months to complete it.

Today on the Kagney show, The beautiful Isis Taylor will be talking to us about her upcoming movie Jurassic Pork. She will also take us on a little shopping spree at her favorite sex shop. Scott Nails will be making a special appearance and everyone knows he will be hungry for motorboats and multiple pussies.

@4 can you please do your fucking research before you call someone a fanboy? I played it on 360 first, and then the Ps3 version was announced with FULL voice acting (not half voice Half text), new characters, new rates etc.

Your best bet seems to be to hope for a US release, Namco doesn’t seem to like Europe much. At least the PS3′s region-free.

It’s always been hit and miss without his series, but it is becoming increasingly common recntly

@justiceblob

Your comment was CLEARLY referring to the superiority of the PS3 hardware NOT to any of the extra content that came with the PS3 version, hence what I said.

The PS3 Version is susperior to the 360 version because of the extra content. The PS3 version is NOT susperior to the 360 version TECHNICALLY.

There, spelled it out for you! There is a difference between the two! your were clearly, inciting the second!

@Blerk, it is so fucking odd, because Namco brought Demon’s Souls over here, of all the ridiculous publishers to do so.
