Battlefield: Bad Company 2 gets Map Pack 5
EA’s released the fifth map pack for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for PS3 and 360.
The DLC doesn’t feature any new original content, as has been the case for the previous packs, but it’s free if you own a VIP code for the game. So don’t complain.
White Pass in Rush and Nelson Bay in Conquest are the latest additions to the game.

Expect some more free DLC coming your way before the release of the Vietnam expansion.

5 map packs featuring stuff that should have been originally in the game (and probably is, locked away, i wouldnt be surprised). Well-done DICE.

It wasn’t just locked away. Well, not all of it hence the massive patches we had to download a few weeks back.
We’re getting it in the end anyway, and it gives me a reason to keep going back to it so win/win.

and bring back the LMG off BC1 because they are not only the most over-powered gun on BC2 but they have to recoil how fucking retarded can DICE to make a gun with no fucking recoil

my lmgs have recoil.. at least more recoil then the rifles.
anaway it should be mentioned that nelson bay is now also playable at daytime.
what dice should do to make this game fun is find a better ballanced sniper class or a punishment for too much camping.
Its sooo much fun to join a game on isla innocentes only to find literaly everone camping and sniping besides 3 guys. 2 in the heli, one at the UAV.
its so pathetic..

@5,6 As far as I could tell the weapons had both recoil and dispersion.

I just started playing this a week ago due to a price drop. My buddy and I have been playing it like crazy. It is awesome. I’m really loving the challenge that’s coming from being at a disadvantage.
