Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together hitting PSP

tacticsogre

Square has announced it's to release Tactics Ogre: Let Us Cling Together, which is a re-imagining of the original Strategy RPG.

It's to be made available on PSP, and a date will be announced at a later time.

The original game from 1995 was never published in Europe, and only on the SNES, but key members of the original development team have reformed to do the PSP revamp: Hiroshi Minagawa (Director), Akihiko Yoshida (Character Design), Yasumi Matsuno (Game Design), Hitoshi Sakimoto and Masaharu Iwata (Composers).

Tactics Ogre will include reworked visuals and effects, a re-arranged soundtrack, new character growth mechanics, and a new Wheel of Fortune system.

Sounds lovely.

More information along with screens can be found over on the EU PS Blog, and the official website can be found here - although it is having tech difficulties at the moment.

We'll be sure to provide you with the release date once it's announced.
