Killzone 3 4-player co-op mode info “erroneous”
Co-op mode in Killzone 3? Not on your life. For now, at least.
OPM EiC and FirstPlay editor Tim Clark’s said that info on a four-player, “objective based” co-op mode mentioned in the latest episode of the PSN mag show during a preview of the shooter was “erroneous”.
According to a clip found on YouTube by GAF (via D’Toid), the European virtual mag said “Guerrilla are working on a special, objective based four-man co-op mode to go with the standard two-player stuff.”
But there isn’t. So there. Fin.
We’ll hope to hear more of Guerrilla’s plans for multiplayer with the shooter, though, in Cologne next month for gamescom.
Killzone 3 releases next February for PS3.

Hey Jonny, the info is unfortunately actually erroneous. It was a rumour I mistakenly took for fact when editing that script. Apologies. We’ll bang something contrite up on CVG to that effect.
