Nintendo aiming for “early 2011″ for Zelda: Skyward Sword

Eoji Aonuma has told ONM Zelda: Skyward Sword is being targeted for an “early 2011″ release.
At the game’s grand debut at E3, 2011 was the only time frame confirmed by Nintendo during its press conference.
“The basis we have now is very, very solid,” said Aonuma, the game’s producer. “Early 2011 – that is what we’re aiming for.”
Nintendo boss Satoru Iwata said at the start of the year that the game would be out by the end of 2010, although he didn’t specify which region, or regions, would get it at the time.

The art style has grown on me so I’m looking forward to seeing this running on my Wii. The more involved combat certainly looks very engaging.
