Deus Ex: Human Revolution "experience" the same on all three platforms, says Eidos Montreal

deus ex human revolution 2

Deus Ex: Human Revolution producer David Anfossi has told VG247 that the game will be the same on all three platforms, and won't be different in any way.

"The experience will be the same on PS3, Xbox 360, and PC. The same mechanics – everything is the same," Anfossi told us at E3 when asked if the game was be a PC-led project.

"For Deus Ex, we decided to work on all platforms in parallel to give players the same experience."

He added: "I used to work on previous games where we had lead platforms, and when we were close to the release date, we had to do a port.

"And believe me, you don’t want to do that."

The Eidos Montreal prequel, set 25 years before the events of JC Denton and the original Deus Ex, was shown behind closed doors at E3, but off-screen footage from the demo appeared yesterday.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution releases early next year for PS3, 360 and PC.
