Xbox 360: Deals of the Week, Summer of Arcade titles dated
Microsoft has not only announced its Deals of the Week for Xbox Live, but it has also issued a list of release dates and pricing for its Summer of Arcade promotion.
Instead of blabbering on about it, we’ll just cut to the chase.
Deals of the Week for Goldies:
- Mega Man 10 – 50 percent off
- Scrap Metal – 1/3 off
- Death By Cube – 50 percent off
- After Burner Climax – 50 percent off
Summer of Arcade titles for 1200 MSP:
- Limbo -July 21
- Hydro Thunder Hurricane – July 28
- Castlevania: Harmony of Despair – August 4
- Monday Night Combat – August 11
- Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light – August 18
Should you decide to buy all five of the Summer of Arcade games, you will receive a rebate of 1200 MSP. Buy three, and you’ll get a 400 MSP rebate.

Not the strongest Summer of Arcade offering, to be honest. I’m definitely picking up Limbo, maybe Castlevania and Lara Croft too.

Lara and Limbo are pretty much definite purchases for me, cant find a third interesting enough to get that discount though.

I’d have thought that for an annual promotion, they’d have actually made some kind of effort. However, this lineup as it stands, is thoroughly disappointing.
