Alan Wake soundtrack to get digital, retail release

alanwake4

Fancy a bit more Alan Wake in your life? Step up the original soundtrack for the game.

The OST, scored by Petri Alanko, will be released via Sumthing Else Music Works at retail on July 20 at Amazon, with a digital download hosted on the label's website and iTunes.

The soundtrack was previously exclusive to the collector's edition when it released back in May.

"Scoring Alan Wake was all about finding the motives of the characters and what forces them onwards," said Alanko.

"Composing a romantic score for a psychothriller might not seem obvious, but to me it was the right approach for the game - and I thank Remedy for believing in the decisions I made."

Go check it out, then. It's cracking stuff, going by what we listened to in the game.
